Asia University invited a number of scholars and experts to discuss the application of the Securities Exchange Act doubts and amendments to the law on October 1, 2016.  The representative units included the Legislative Affairs Bureau of Taichung Municipal Government, the Major Law Firms, Land Offices, Bookkeeping Firms, Insurance Companies and others.  Issues about Securities Transactions Civil Liability Issues, Insider Transactions and Corporate M & A - Public Offerings, Data Analysis and Amendment of Securities Crimes were discussed and evaluated.  Asia University have been held this event for five year and the purpose of this event is to provide a platform for domestic experts and scholars to exchange views on securities trading law concerns, insider trading, public acquisition, tax filing false declaration and other issues. Through the outbreak of default has not yet delivered and the inside of the suspect or the music or technology, put forward doubts and disputes.
