To enhance teachers’ emotional management skills and explore innovative teaching strategies, Asia University’s Game-Based Teaching Professional Community held the "Inner Conflict Empowerment Card Workshop" on July 10, 2025, from 9 AM to 12 PM in Room M627 of the College of Management. The event featured renowned author and speaker Mr. Zhuang Yuexiang, known for the bestselling series Game Life 72 Changes, and attracted 16 teachers from various departments.

With thousands of lectures and workshops under his belt, Mr. Zhuang guided participants through interactive sessions using his unique card tools to help teachers recognize and manage emotions, transforming negative energy into positive motivation. Teachers actively engaged in 10 practical emotional empowerment activities, reflecting on their own emotional states and learning to apply the cards in classrooms to foster emotional expression and positive communication.

The workshop concluded with a Q&A where Mr. Zhuang addressed common emotional challenges in teaching and offered practical advice. Participants expressed that the workshop not only improved their emotional management but also inspired new ideas for classroom use.

This workshop was part of Asia University’s professional development program, organized by Dr. Tong Qiuxia from the Department of Business Administration, demonstrating the College of Management’s commitment to teaching innovation and teacher growth. Attendees earned three hours of professional development credit, laying a strong foundation for future interdisciplinary collaboration.
