College of Management, Asia University cooperated with Hiwin Technologies Corp. to hold Hiwin Remarkable CEO Forum on 12^th of December 2017 and invited Hon Chuan Group CEO Mr. Tsao, Hsih-Chung to share his experience.

During the speech, Tsao mentioned that young people should respond this vital environment with some spirits: persistency, resiliency and innovative. The CEO of Hiwin Technologies Corp. Ms. Tsai pointed out that educational background was very important in Taiwan, but Mr. Tsao who had not received higher education succeeded to build an international enterprise in this environment by his effort and the words “never give up”.

“Hon Chuan Group was not always successful”, Tsao said. This company has encountered several vital crises. However, he decided to turn all the crises into opportunities.
