Master chief André Chiang led students to Mega City for feild study on December 18. He assimilated PBL (Problem based learning) method and VR (Virtual Reality) into the class to give students an extraordinary sensory experience.

Master Chiang asked students to plan their restaurants by using VR implement. It is like a magic, I can't believe we can create our restaurant as a team and display it like a real restaurant, a student said.

Master Chiang also mentioned that operating a restaurant required not only a plan and a creative thinking, but also needed frequent data collecting and adjustment. The method could also help to reduce the risk. You should be able to understand who is your competitors and be sensitive to the market trend, he said.
