The Handover and Inauguration Ceremony of the AU Business Administration Association Board of Directors 2016-2017 was held at the International Assembly Hall of Asia University on 15 October 2016. The ceremony was presided over by the Department Head of Business Administration, Professor Shieh-Liang Chen. Changhua County councilor, Mr. Yu-Kuan Huang, has taken over as new Chairman of the AU Business Administration Association Board of Directors. The Director of the Taichung City Civil Affairs Bureau, Mr. Shih-Yin Tsai, in joint with many scholars, professors, commercial and industrial stakeholders attended the ceremony.

        In his speech, Chairman Huang demonstrated his expectations on the whole members’ teamwork and cooperation to promote the businesses of the association as well as to increase the members’ mutual trust towards the association. Furthermore, he hopes to cohere alumni’ influences and resources, reinforce members’ communication and experience sharing, expand members’ knowledge and cultural views in the nearest future. He promised to explore strong links between academia and industry and make efforts in organizing diverse field knowledge learning and interpersonal relationship management related activities, with a purpose to the establish an exchange platform for the big family of the Department of Business Administration.
